At Play In The Fields Of The Lord. I love that title to Peter Maithessens book. Life is messy. The decaying and the mystical live together here, and we get to choose which we wish to emulate. These paintings are vistas and people I have loved, touched and crossed. The world is a ball of boiling imperfections distilled down into mystery.
